Shipping

  • We currently accept orders worldwide where our carriers deliver. All pricing is in CAD.
  • Shipping rates are calculated through FlagShip and displayed at checkout.
  • International orders may be subject to import duties, brokerage, customs charges, or destination-country taxes, which are the customer's responsibility.
  • Orders ship from North American facilities. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order is on its way.

Returns

Not quite right? Email hello@upcyx.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number. Unused items in original packaging can be returned; we'll walk you through the rest.

Damaged or Missing Items

If something arrives damaged or incomplete, send a photo and your order number to hello@upcyx.com and we'll make it right.
