Shipping
- We currently accept orders worldwide where our carriers deliver. All pricing is in CAD.
- Shipping rates are calculated through FlagShip and displayed at checkout.
- International orders may be subject to import duties, brokerage, customs charges, or destination-country taxes, which are the customer's responsibility.
- Orders ship from North American facilities. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order is on its way.
Returns
Not quite right? Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number. Unused items in original packaging can be returned; we'll walk you through the rest.
Damaged or Missing Items
If something arrives damaged or incomplete, send a photo and your order number through our Contact page and we'll make it right.
