Who We Are

What We Collect
- Orders. Your name, billing and shipping address, email, phone number if you give one, and what you bought. Card payments are processed by Intuit (QuickBooks Payments). Your card details go straight to them; we never see or store full card numbers.
- Messages. What you send us through the contact form, including your company name and mailing address when you ask for a sample pack.
- Newsletter. Your email address, your first name if you give it, the date and page where you signed up, and the fact that you ticked the consent box.
- Site use. Which pages are visited, the type of device and browser, and the general region a visit comes from. Our analytics tool runs on our own website and does not use cookies.
How We Use It
- To process, ship, and support your orders, and to send order confirmations and tracking.
- To answer questions, quotes, and sample pack requests.
- To send the newsletter, only if you subscribed. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
- To keep the site secure and to understand which pages are useful.
- To keep the tax and accounting records the law requires.
What We Never Do
We do not share, sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Ever.
Cookies
- Needed for the site to work: your cart and checkout session, your display currency, and a note that you have seen the cookie notice.
- Measurement: our hosting provider sets cookies that count visits, and the store records how you found us (for example a search or a link) so we can see where orders come from.
- Partner links: if you arrive through a link from one of our partners, a cookie remembers that for up to one year so the partner can be credited if you order.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser at any time. The cart needs its cookies to function.
The site loads fonts from Google and shows posts from our Instagram account. Loading these may share your IP address with Google or Instagram.
How Long We Keep It
Order records are kept for at least six years, as Canadian tax rules require. Newsletter details are kept until you unsubscribe. Messages are kept for as long as we need them to help you.
Your Choices
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw your consent to marketing at any time. Contact us and we will reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner of Alberta or the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
